A former Twin Cities television and radio broadcaster, Brent knows how to keep his audience entertained, engaged and actively bidding. His approach is to leave no money on the table. A licensed real estate agent in Minnesota, he also specializes in real estate auctions. Brent holds the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designation from the National Auctioneers Association which demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and most up-to-date information when it comes to selling properties (including marketing techniques, financial/investment calculations, evaluating cash flow, holding-period analysis, tax consequences, and multi-parcel sales). Only 350 other auctioneers in the U.S. possess the AARE.
Brent graduated from Worldwide College of Auctioneering. He is a member in good standing with such organizations as the National Auctioneers Association, the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the National Association of Realtors, and the Minnesota Association of Realtors.
